Today's Harvest

Squash, Zucchini, plum tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans and basil. YUMMY! I'm going to saute with butter and garlic and serve over pasta with a cucumber and onion salad. We have had lots of squash and zucchini suddenly. The cucumbers started growing rapidly as well with all the daily rain. It let me know that I was not watering enough. Rick loves the green beans and I am waiting on on the lima beans and corn....none yet.

We also have lots of bib lettuce, I finally cut some the other night when my parents and sister were here and we had a nice green salad with cucumbers and radish from the garden. The radish was way too biter for me but the salad was great.
