Glory to God!

The girls are all at dressage camp. They are having a great time. Only one more day . It has been interesting as the girls rarely spend this much time with girls who are not of the same faith and who attend public school. For the most part the girls are helpful and nice. However, there have been a few pokes and worldly things said. It has been an opportunity for discussion and self -reflection. We have also started offering prayers and making sacrifice. We prayed a litany of the saints on the way to camp this morning.....asking for each of the saints we mentioned to intercede when/if any conflicts may arise. Don't misunderstand, nothing terrible has happened.

Our discussion was based on ourselves and how we reflect Jesus to others. Did we let Jesus shine in us, speak through us? Kind of the WWJD theme. We agreed, we need to do better. We need let our Lord, be the Lord of our actions and words. This was good for me as well. I had a few "Little Flower" moments going. This was good.

So for today, I pray that I am an image of God and that I reflect His love in my actions, words, and thoughts. I pray that I will teach by example my children and those I encounter that God's plan in our lives is the road to heaven and it starts here on earth.

Our Lord walks with us, reach out and let the Father take your hand and lead you to holiness of life. Like Mary Magdalen, go to Him, humble and sinful, He will open His arms and clean your sins and make you holy. He loves us all that much.

GLORY to GOD!
