The rhododendrons were amazing!

Mary received her first Holy Eucharist in May at Saint Paul the Apostle in Cleveland Georgia.

Her Sponsors were Jorge and Mariann Campos. Mariann was one of Chloe's First Communion teachers back at Corpus Christi in St. Augustine. Mary was a glowing bundle of beauty. In the Mexican tradition the sponsors receive with the children. Afterwards they light a beautiful candle together and receive a blessing from the preist. We will light this candle each year in remembrance of this first Holy Communion. This was a very nice addition to the ceremony.

Wowzers! Her dress was a vintage dress and handmade veil (pin box) I found online. It was perfect for little Mary. She was adorable and prepared to receive Jesus in this most Holy Sacrament.
