On the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, snow covered our land. Thank you Blessed Mother for the snow showers. It was super awesome to see the BLUE SKY against the WHITE SNOW! That has to be "Mary"! This is the image of Our Lady that my dear husband gave me several years ago for Christmas. She has a special place of honor on our mantle all year round.
Our Lady of Guadalupe Pray for US!
Susie! in her stall with the window open. The wind was blowing so hard the snow came right in. She is so fluffy and fat I don't think she minded much. Although she was happy to get her blanket on.Marvin, our hound dog with thin fur is not so crazy about all this cold weather. He looks happy here...truth is, he has been sneaking in at every chance. What a faithful companion. He is always there when I go to feed the other animals on the farm. Right there on the "mule" beside me...no gloves, no hat, no doggies coat. I must make him a coat.....on the other hand, he would chew it up and and scatter it all over the yard. What a dog. Love Him.
What can I say, hat, gloves, coat....still thinks she is a dog.....what a gal! Love Her!

Cleaning stalls is so much more fun in the snow..
